I ordered the Canon T6 Monday and it has still not been sent out, I contacted customer service and they have said for 3 days now it is so close to shipping, I cant cancel. Part of the whole ordering process was to try to get this camera in before Thanksgiving.
Today when I asked why it wasn't sent out they said I changed my payment method and that delayed things but I never changed payment at all!! I told them I was confused and they said they don't have to access the information but just thought I would like to know that? WHAT!? Is anyone else having a difficult time with this Canon T6 DSLR Camera?

I did check on it and there is no issues to report and the order is progressing successfully to the VS status and we do still intend to meet our EDD. The estimated delivery date when i order was 11/21/2017 now it is 11/24/2017 so the edd might change again?

Thank you for getting back to me @Kim-QVC. I am a little confused if i could get som answers. why was my payment changed if i didntmake that change? they told me that the change in payment is the reason for the delay but i never made a change in payment. they stated there was a card added to my account 11/15 and i said yes thats right and i purchased this on 11/13 so im not sure what is actually going on

@Krcarpenter901. QVC orders typically take 2-5 days to ship. You might want to take that into account when planning your purchases.
