For a few months now I cannot access A-D. I want to edit my deliveries and see what I have there and cannot do a thing. In the past I received an email that an item was going to ship and at least I could call CS in time and have it cancelled. A few weeks ago nder my prder status things were being sent out and I could not cancel them and had to pay shipping to return them. Now I will have to call CS and have them go through all my orders to cancel or edit items. It is always hit or miss with them, sometimes I get a person or is pleasant and helpful and sometimes I get very rude reps. or feel like I am really bothering them. Not like this is their job right? Why can't I get into AD?? I keep getting the same message - "now available at this time."

Hi @lovesallanimals I am so sorry you are having difficulty accessing your auto delivery orders. I do not know why this may be happening. I will be happy to contact our IT department to see if they can help. In the meantime email me the order numbers of the items on auto delivery you were not able to cancel and had to return and we can help you with that. Email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

@lovesallanimals - Ever since the Order Status page layout changed, intermittent problems have cropped up in accessing the tabbed top menus for different order types/categories. One thing I've found that helps is using this sequence:
•Click into My Account.
•Click Manage Auto-Delivery Orders.
If you just go into My Account > Order Status through the dropdown menu at the top of the QVC website, and then try to click the Auto-Delivery tab, the site doesn't seem to fully load the A-D details properly all the time. I'm not sure why, but if I just use the two-click process listed above, it always takes me to the full information I need to manage my A-D orders. Good luck!

loriQVC: I tried this also and it is even worse - that circle comes on and freezes my website so I have to go off and sign on again. I have never had this problem before. I will now have to call CS, hope I get someone who even cares to help me, and have her go through my entire A-D list. I don't know each item no. as there are quite a few. Wish me luck (LOL).

@lovesallanimals - The issue that you're describing sounds like a connection problem. Granted, the issue is probably on QVC's side rather than yours, but have you tried accessing the website through a different browser? That might be helpful.

loriqvc: Yes I did, I tried through Goggle and it still did not work. I called CS a little while ago and was very fortunate to get a wonderful rep. who went through all my AD orders with me so I could make the necessary adjustments. Lori, thank you for your kind help, it is much appreciated.
