I am rather upset. I placed an order about 9:30PM last night and 20 minutes later, I decided to cancel it. It would not allow me to do so - said order was in the process of shipping and could not be cancelled. And now, today, it is still saying "processing" (NOT SHIPPED), mind you, and will probably sit there like that for another day or two, at the very least. I think someone in customer care should be able to cancel this order for me. HELP!

I have been upset by this for a while now!!!! Cutting down big time on purchasing...they make money on the shipping side ...so having to return because you changed your mind is a money maker for them. I know other sites don’t allow changes after ordering but those allow free returns etc...very irritating

I cancelled some items,then got one of them in the mail a few days ago!!!

I totally agree with what you are saying. I have had this happen to me 10 minutes after I placed an order on-line. I called customer service and they said they could not assist me. I agree about them getting the orignal shipping fee and then an additional return shipping fee when you send back the item.

It happened to me as well, and I was FURIOUS. How to drive customers away? Become LESS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. It seems that is the direction QVC has taken for a number of years now. More money in my pocket. I look elsewhere and puchase a FRACTION of what I once did. They may not care, but I DO!

It has happened to me also. What really bothers me is it won't let me cancel, but it still has not shipped 3 days later .... I don't understand that at all.

Too bad there can’t be a specific number of minutes for any item ordered, that you would have to cancel if you changed your mind.
