Can’t enter the Fall sweepstakes

The button to start the enterting process isn’t working! I don’t use a computer, just an iPad or the app. I used Safari to get to QVC but still can’t enter the sweepstakes. Could you get your crack ITTeam on this please? Thanks. Would love to win the grand prize😄

@SCshopper2 I could only get it to work by clicking on the Banner across the top of this page. Would not load from home page.

I don't know how the ipad or app works so not sure this would help you.

I seem to be having a similar problem on my iPad. Clicking on the banner takes me to “ Hello Fall Sweepstakes,” but I get nothing else and have no actual place to enter my information.

It's been resolved for me, too, @KailaS. I did see the problem reported, and I had just logged in to get a screenshot to post here as an exmple... but now it seems to have been fixed. At least I hope it has, for everyone.😊
