Can't click on hearts

What's going on , can't click hearts and all the fonts etc. aren't shown above either.??! It's always something Why are they always changing things around cause when they do it causes me problems and I'm sure others here as well ! Why make things harder ?

No changes to the Q website so try Clear History - Browsing Data,  that works on my tablet using Crome. Good Luck.

A couple days ago couldn't heart anyone or quote or change font . Then I was able to .....NOW back to not able to do any of those things once again ! It is not my iPad either . I truly feel that something is going on with the IT department , maybe working on this site ?? Very frustrating . Plus I have cleared history etc. so that isn't the problem . I guess I'll have to wait and see if it all clears up again.
