I'm trying to place an order, and it's telling me it can't ship to the address that I've used ever since my first order years ago? What gives QVC?

You've just lost a sale!

Re: Can't Ship to Address?

[ Edited ]

That's happened to me recently too, after shopping here 30+ years.

CS looked at everything and had no idea why I got that message, but they successfully ordered for me.

Just another 'glitch', I guess.

This happens to me frequently because the delivery service seems to think the address is incorrect.  Happens with all of the major services. I finally found a map that places my street address in the middle of a state forest not on a road. I have contacted the mapping company with no luck. It is very frustrating.  I live on a road that has been in existence since 1989????

@vermint  If you truly want to make a purchase and you received that message, all you have to do is make a simple call to CS. They may be able to explain what the problem is, and they can also complete your purchase.

I had this same problem when I was trying to order Valerie's Starry Night Hurricanes. Very Frustrating!  I lost out on the color I wanted due to this issue.

I figured it was because the QVC website couldn't handle all the traffic of so many people ordering that product all at the same time. That's a sad thing to say in today's day and age of technology. QVC really needs to fix these 'glitches' in their technology products.

They lost my sale that day also.  The next time I was online with them a couple days later, it was OK.  I never went back to order any of those hurricanes, though.  I guess their 'glitch' saved me money! lol

It happened to me one time but it was actually because the item was not available. It would go into my cart but then when I tried to checkout it gave that "can't ship to address" notice.

Glitches....lots of glitches.

@vermint @This happens to me on occ. because I live in CA. CA has a lot of restrictions based on prop 65. I get the same message from Amazon on certain items.

Had this happen recently and when I called CS said the item was sold out, but when I ordered it was not.  This had nothing to do with my address and I did not like the message.

@Rose429  I live in South Carolina, so that's not the issue here, but thanks!

@cjm61  Thanks, I know I could...but it's just aggravating enough to make me not want the shoes anymore. Kept me from spending about $75, though, so that's good!
