Can't Search in Order Status.

I've read about others having this issue, but at that time it was working for me, but no more.

And yes, I've done the usual, clear cache, switch browsers, etc. on my laptop.

Not sure what kind of problems you're having so this might not be helpful with your situation. But I have noticed with their crazy search engine on order status it's best to just put in one word if possible. For instance, I just now put in the words "Or Paz" to look for a jewelry order. All I get is the ever spinning search wheel...nothing. Woman Frustrated But if I put in the single word "Paz" all my orders pull up instantly. As I said, your issues may be different but hopefully this might help someone else out there. And I'll add, the order status page here is a hot mess on so many levels!!!

@pupwhipped

I always search by item # first, I then go to description/brand, but it seems like it's a 'dead key' nothing happens.

It's been working fine for me until just recently.

No worries, I don't care enough to jump through hoops to order anything, there are other choices.

Yes, @KingstonsMom, the hoops to jump through here are getting ever more prevalent and frustrating. Woman Indifferent

@KingstonsMom, well I know what you're talking about as now it's happened to me today, too. The search function in order status does nothing, nada...as you said, dead key. Frustrating to say the least! Woman Frustrated

Re: Can't Search in Order Status.

I'm glad I'm not the only one not being able to search on the Order Status page.  Seems like QVC has locked this function so people can't search their previous orders.  Not sure why.  I've called Customer Service and they can't help.  They need an IT person to fix this.  It is very inconvenient.

I keep reading about this but hadn't tried searching.  I just now tried searching for Luminara and got nothing.

IMHO if they aren't fixing this problem as I too have been a experiencing then it somehow must be making them money!

Re: Can't Search in Order Status.

@KingstonsMom

The search feature in Order Status appears to be working now.  Customer Care never responds to posts, so we don't know if things are adressed or not.

I saw this thread looking for a similar one I posted to update it, because I never received a response either.  Just searched my orders today, and it worked.

This is one of the ways QVC makes the forums dysfunctional.

I would have thought Customer Care meant Customer Care.
