This time, @Mz iMac you can't fix it. Wish you could. The problem, according to CS rep, has been reported to management several times. What is so frustrating is the snotty attitudes of the reps . You can access your personal and financial information, cancel previous orders, change AD plans, post in Forums but you can't order. I wasn't really infuriated until my $400 D&B Florentine bag went on sale for $250 and by the time I tried and retried online ordering AND the separate App, and then called, it had sold out.

I was was content to consider it an act of G-D, frugality not my strong suit, but I know He knows how much I need that bag lol.

@CoG, I feel your pan...I have the ability to order but STILL CAN'T VIEW VIDEOS, so I won't order what I can't see. QVC's loss....Have found many other sites with free s&h and the ability to check out produts and place an order without a problem. Hope your situation gets resolved, I've quit asking and am giving up. Spikeys mom

yes, I have experienced this in the last couple of weeks. It happens on both mozilla and google chrome. - Even after removing and reinstalling the software. However, I just found out that it does not affect Explore. This is so annoying. I've sent emails to the QVC technical people and they are useless.

oh, btw, I am so annoyed with QVC, that I think I will not order for a while.
