Can't Edit Post

I was trying to edit a post and kept getting an "authentication failed" message. I tried several times. Finally it didn't even give me a message. It just kept seeming like it was trying to do it but didn't. This website is very frustrating.

I think after about the fifth try it worked, but it took forever. If it lets me edit this post maybe there's no longer a problem.

I’ve been having all sorts of problems in here for the last hour or so. Couldn’t “heart” posts, and kept getting kicked out and disconnected from the site. Also got the “processing your request”message several times. I can’t believe they still keep having all these same problems.

I had the SAME problem a few minutes ago. I had to go back out, sign in again and try again. Hope that helps, I know it has been very frustrating today.

When I try to post, or heart, or edit a message and get an "authentication failed" message, I just reload the webpage, and it is ususally good to go. Sometimes (not always) it states to log in and I do. And it works. There are other times when QVC won't let me log in. Then I ususally have to restart the computer.

And I just tried to post it and it took a long time and stated "authentication failed" and an "unable to complete action". But I'll try to post my answer again.
