Can't Access My Avatar Options

I like to change up my Avatar but I can't change it now.  When I click on "My Profile", it just goes to "My About" page.  Can someone help me with this, please?

If you are using a laptop....click on the "three dots" at the upper right, and choose "NewInPrivateWindow".      Type in "community.qvc.com".    

 

This "should" get you to a website where you are having trouble logging on.

It sounds like you're choosing the wrong option.  When you click on your screen name, click on "My Settings".  That will take you to where you can choose the Avatar options, among others.

Well well, this worked.  As long as I've been here, I've been hovering my mouse over the current avatar.  An icon of a pencil appears and I click on that to access the ability to change my avatar.  Hasn't been working but this alternative route did.  Thanks!

I'm not using a laptop. There is often more than one way to access a feature.  I just thought it was broken
