I just pleaced an order and I thought I had ordered it in blue and I just went in now and looked at the order and it says it was ordered in the color ocean.   Can the color be changed on the order ?

Since you just placed it I would call customer service; otherwise try to edit it at "order status."

If you get in immediately you may be able to get it done. You just log in and go to “My Orders”. On the left hand side you just click on “edit “ and then you can make the adjustment.  I do this quite frequently.

 

The problem that you are going to run into on this order is that right now QVC is in their Christmas crunch and are actually getting orders processed very quickly.  I ordered the TSV and wanted to change colors but I got the “Your order is in the process of being shipped and can not be changed at this time”. And this was only 30 minutes after I had placed the order. I’m afraid it might be the same for you.

 

I don’t know what time you placed your order. It’s 4:30 am here. You might be better off by placing a phone call and maybe a customer service representative can help you.  I hope this helps.

Good morning @Silver Fox1 , I apologize that has happened. We have closed this order for updates, we are processing orders as quickly as possible to insure the holiday delivery date. I'm very sorry, we can place an additional order for the blue if you'd care to return the ocean. ~Kim

Don't many of the vendors use ocean to describe the color blue?  Your order is probably correct.

Not in this case @qbetzforreal it comes in blue and ocean , which looks more like a drab gray - UGH .   The color ocean is right underneith the color blue were they list the colors and I must have hight the wrong one, thinking I was selecting the blue.  I'm sure by the time I get it and return it for the blue, the blue will be sold out. I really can't aford to purchase another one at this time, my husband will divorce me if I spend another cent, as it is I was trying to sneak this purchase - LOL !!  So I'm just out of luck.  But thanks for the encouraging words anyway.

This happened to me last night. In a matter of minutes my order was processed to my credit card and I couldn’t change it.

@qbetzforreal  Thanks - it really is a drag and the thing that really gets me is they told me  it was " on the dock now ready to ship ", that was at 7AM this morning and it's still saying " in process" on my order.   I'm sure it will most likely be "in process" for the next two days, at least.  So annoying !!!
