If you get in immediately you may be able to get it done. You just log in and go to “My Orders”. On the left hand side you just click on “edit “ and then you can make the adjustment. I do this quite frequently.
The problem that you are going to run into on this order is that right now QVC is in their Christmas crunch and are actually getting orders processed very quickly. I ordered the TSV and wanted to change colors but I got the “Your order is in the process of being shipped and can not be changed at this time”. And this was only 30 minutes after I had placed the order. I’m afraid it might be the same for you.
I don’t know what time you placed your order. It’s 4:30 am here. You might be better off by placing a phone call and maybe a customer service representative can help you. I hope this helps.
