Can A Moderator Please Help Me

 I've been trying to get through to customer service .Once I was placed on indefinite hold & once when I finally got through I was cut off.

 On 10/29 I received A352643.A Logo Lounge French Teri top xs in the lavender stone color.On 10/30 I handed the package back to my mailman to return to QVC for an exchange. It was too big & I wanted to exchange it for an xxs. 
 It's been over 3 weeks. I can't seem to track the return & I've never received the exchange. Can someone please check into this & provide me with an update? Thank you.

@Love my grandkids   I have so much going on that I forgot that I can email them. Thanks for the reminder.
