i have been trying to reach customer service all day today usuccessfully and this evening they won't even connect you because of 'heavy volume'.  I have quite a few items that I purchased at a higher price then is now posted.  I hope I'll be able to get through tomorrow because there's quite a bit of money at stake.

@weight watcher    I used QVC chat a few times today. I also had many orders that needed price adjustments. The CS reps were great. I think the total credit I got was about $160-$170.

 

Just for 2 pairs of Reebok sneakers I got back $20...$10 each.

I have used Live Chat several times lately and have been very pleased with the results.  In fact, I used them twice today and one of the times I was number 50 in line but within 10 minutes, I was being helped.  These were both for credits and they were taken care of quickly.  Highly recommend Live Chat

I just did a live chat and was the only one in the queue.  Didn't have to wait.
