CS assistance, please.

I wonder if I can get help unlocking my QVC account. I was trying to order the Tracfone Big Deal QV2 and I didn't have my credit card in front of me. I entered the wrong security code accidentally and tried to enter it a few times. By the time I realized my mistake, I got the notice that my account is locked from trying to enter the credit card info too many times.

 

I waited several minutes on the phone to talk to CS, but I gave up.
