I have ordered 3 different quilt sets but only one of them is showing up on my order status page. It is Home Reflections Quilt with Shams and Storage Bins, I don't see them when I go to look at the webpage, did the 2 orders not go through?

In checking on your account, I only see one quilt set showing up today -

That makes no sense to me because I ordered 3 all together, do you think I should place another order for the 2 in lavender that I ordered earlier? On my bank page under pending transactions there are 3 seperate charges for $7.06 so to me it does look like all that is correct, I'm just confused. Thanks for your help.

I rechecked your order and there is only one. Also I only see one charge (authorization) for the $7.06.

Now I see an order in lavender as well as the natural diamond one. However, the lavender one states we are attempting a 2nd credit authorization but the first one has already gone through, Please call customer service on 888 345 5788 for further assistance.
