@Beth QVC moderator Question

I gave a question regarding Advanced orders.  I have Mr. Christmas 24" vintage ceramic tree on advanced order.  My info says it was to go out on October 30 it didn't ,  with edd date November 19th .  On November  2nd my cc showed a Pendi g charge ,  then it fell off and that was it .  The item is still in Advsnced order and not  shipping.  Now is there still hope I will get the it or do advanced orders sometimes just not get filled?  Would love to get the tree and still holding out hope.  Can you help?

@Kitty Galore So sorry for any confusion concerning the order for item H218230 that we informed the customers will ship on 11/9 viia an advance order - Mr. Christmas 24" Oversized Plug-In Nostalgic Tree. We show no records that we placed a pending auth on your credit card on 11/02 for this item. We anticipate the item shipping on time and your estimated delivery date is still 11/19. I hope this information is helpful and we appreicate your patience.

@Wayne-QVC.  Thank you so much for the info.  It may be that the pending charge was fir another item ,  not sure I just saw a charge for approximately the amount of the EP amount it would be , my mistake.  I'm happy to hear it will be shipping in a couple of days ! !😀
