Beth @ Customer Service...Problem with Exchange

I ordered two Breezies bras that were 'as is'.   I also had a $10 credit that I applied to the balance due.  I ordered my normal  Breezie's size but when they arrived the band was too tight.  I want to exchange the bras for one band size up (44D) but you no longer have that particular size available.  So, I will have to return the two bras that I received.  When I read the 'free exchange policy' it states...'If the requested exchange is no longer available, including items on waitlist and advance order, QVC will issue a refund and not deduct the Q Return Label fee.'.  

 

So, when I return the bras,  will I be charged for the Q return shipping Label fee?    Also when I return them, do I mark it as exchange and put the size I need, even though it shows the size is not available or do I have to mark it as return/refund?

@ciao_bella  Boy this is a good question.   I would highly doubt that the free exchange policy applies to As Is item since the stock is always random - there is rarely an exchange item available.  I'll be interested to see what a Mod replies (different Mods are here at different times).

@Kim-QVC  Thanks so much for your quick response.   I requested an exchange for a larger size just in the event two become available, but if it doesn't I will check to make sure I'm not charged the Q Return Label fee.  The CS team here are simply the BEST!
