It's astounding how many posters don't understand the actual meaning of bait & switch.

How can anyone possibly be out anything? If you didn't receive the while supplies last gift bag with your purchase then the option was always available to return your purchase for a refund.

The secret to getting your BWB box is to order it before the show, as early as you possibly can.  In years past posters have pointed out when it was available and this year they had a prominent feature with Mally talking about it.  I haven't missed one yet.

@Shame on Qvc - In order to file a class-action lawsuit (or any other) you have to have reasonable grounds for it, otherwise any judge can dismiss it.

You don't have any grounds for a lawsuit and any reputable attorney will tell you that.

I was told I would receive the box after I called because I received my order but not the GWP. After a couple more weeks I called back and they told me "Sorry, we have run out of the GWP but we will give you a $10 credit to your account". That hasn't shown up either. It is bad customer service and I will not be participating in that type of fundraiser again. I actually feel bad for the companies who donated and I feel like this will affect the participation in the future for people who were duped.
