Lug Order Shipping

Has anyone else had shipping problems with Lug items? I ordered a bag on 6/13 & it just shipped on 6/20---not arriving until 6/28! Over 2 weeks to receive an order! Don't think I'll be buying anymore Lug items in the future. :-(

That's really not long for a Lug bag! They have notoriously long shipping times.

Once they finally leave Canada, they come through fairly quickly.

I have seen so many threads on Lug's slow shipping for a long time.

That's a shame.

I would not order anything from them I was in a hurry for!

Absolutely! I ordered a Lug drawer organizer thing. The order got a tracking number, then nothing. No movement. It never went anywhere. I contacted QVC. They said if I did not get it by the time it was supposed to have been delivered, to contact them again. I did not get it. QVC ordered me another one.

I thought I saw that the second one had shipped a few days ago.

Then just this morning, I saw that the second one had been returned? Huh? I never got it, let alone returned it.

I contacted QVC Social team yet again and they ordered me a third one. Maybe I will actually get this one.

What the heck is going on?

@DesertD They've become famous for slow shipping. Actually, two weeks is a lot faster than many people have experienced.
