I ordered Valerie's candle rings. They went from In Process to Backorder to In Process to Backorder. What gives? This is very frustrating. Should I cancel? Will I eventually get the rings? Something needs to be done about this. There have been many complaints regarding the order process. Please, Q - you are losing customers with these tactics.

@Carol08 I would look on other sites for something similar and cancel if I found what I wanted. You might not get your order for months or you could get someone's return.

Since it has happened to me it appears they are waiting on returns.
The 1st 10 days usually is the wait for check holds to fall thru or cancelled orders. After that you for sure will be getting a return.

It is very frustrating! I don't why this is happening, but I am shopping other places now. One of my orders that was "In Process" is now on backorder. another one went from "In process to "Backorder" to "In process" to "Backorder". What gives? This is no way to keep happy customers.

I've requested that someone from Corporate from QVC contact me. I have issues around 3 different items that I purchased in the last week. Here is one of my frustrations:
I watched Valerie Parr Hill's show last Friday, the 9AM EST show. They kept showing the foiled egg candle rings, saying they were coming up for presentation. Well, they never did. So I went on line after the 2 hour show to find the item number so I could order. Nothing on line. So I called Customer Service and asked them for the item number. They could not find one either. So I checked later on, about 12 noon on line again. So about 3 hours from the show. There the candle rings were, so I placed an order. So there sits my order from last Friday, "in process" and all of a sudden it changes yesterday morning to "backorder". So I call Customer Service, and the guy basically starts arguing with me, telling me they must have sold out before they presented them. So I was like, how could that be? They never presented them, and if I couldn't get the item number and they weren't available for purchase on line, how could they possibly sell out?
So now I go back in again, and the order says "in process" again now. I'm not holding my breath. I'm guessing my "backorder" items will not be sent.
The thing that bothers me the most is, how can you possible sell stuff you don't even have? Why waste my time and yours?
