[Venezia]

I ordered this TSV (A644089) on 04/29; it was shown as "in stock".  A week or so later my order status went to "Backorder".

Eventually, it went to "in process".  Then it recently went to "Backorder" again.

And today I've just seen it as "Canceled" on my account.  With no notice at all from QVC, no apology, no explanation.  

Anyone else have this happen?  Did many people get what they ordered?

I really wanted to try this, but will now stick with what I've been using.

mine arrived on 5/14. i ordered it on 4/29.

it showed as shipped on 5/3.

for some strange reason it just sat at my UPS facility from 5/5 through 5/13 according to the tracking details.

it was the tan amber color and i  have not used it yet.

I didn't order that but when an item I have on order cannot be fulfilled I always get an email with an apology that they cannot get the item.

I think it would really be a wise business choice on many levels if QVC would give a $10 credit if they state an item is available then it becomes unavailable and the order is cancelled.

@cjm61 - I agree that it would be nice if they offered some sort of credit so that, if nothing else, the customer could apply it to a different order.

The only time that's happened in all the years I've dealt with QVC, is in the past year when Peter Thomas Roth couldn't fulfill an A/D order.  He sent an apology and a gift of a jar of his Water Drench moisturizer to everyone who'd been on A/D.

Now that's what I call good customer service.  We all know "stuff happens".  It's how the business responds, when it does, that makes the difference.

I ordered late and on Free Ship Day for Beauty and am still on Waitlist so odd some orders were cancelled. I went back to powder foundation in Winter, as less foundation transfer to my jacket collars. I am not in a hurry to receive it.
