What number do I call to do this without charges? I was shut out of my account 

long ago and have been mailing my payment. What will I be asked? I am hard of hearing. Thanks.

Hi Kim, I have no problem getting into my account, just can't pay my bill. My answers are always rejected. I have been a customer since the beginning.

I stopped using my Qcard a few years ago because of difficulty seeing and paying my bill online.  I too was always locked out.

I used to pay through Syncrony Bank, but then I swtiched to paying through my banks online bill pay. No more worries about being locked out.
