Auto-Delivery Easy Pay Issues

Anyone else having an issue with easy pay not being automatically applied to your items on auto-delivery?  Has happened on my last two shipments.

If you want auto-pay, you have to choose the payment plan you want, it is not automatic.

Hi, @jackie1220 ! I'm so sorry that your future shipments on auto-deliveries aren't automatically applying easy payment plans and would be happy to take a look to see what we can do to help. Just to verify, do the original shipments in your auto-delivery plans have easy pay applied to them as well?
