Attn: Beth@QVC missing items.

2 items were received by the post office on 10/24 and have never left. I went to them today (an hour each way) and the Manager couldn't locate them. 

 

Can you assist with this? Thank you : )

I'm not sure "Beth@QVC" will see this or read this.  And, you may be working with the wrong person.

 

How do you know that the items were received by the post office?  Did you get a notice from the Post Office that the items were waiting for you?  If you did and the items are not there, your beef is with the Post Office and you have to file a tracer and complaint there.

 

I hope you charged the items on your credit card.  If you did, and you don't receive the items by the time your next statement has to be paid, you can dispute the charges to your credit card issuer.  You shouldn't pay for items you never received.
