How do I go about finding my questions that I have asked about a product? I posted 3 messages about a month ago and can't remember what they were for (I do remember 1 was about a shower curtain; but, can't remember what the other 2 were about).

I asked these questions under a specific product on the ordering page - where it says to Ask a Question or Reply to a Question and your post will be posted in 24 to 48 hours. I wish we would get notified when they are posted and not only when they are answered.

Thank you.

Over the last 3 yrs, I have seen very few responses to product Quentions  being answered on the format you have inquired abt.  Very few times, do product Rep's from the companies  answer the Questions. Most responses that I have seen are from other customers .  So, if you are waiting on your question to be answered before buying , well you will be waiting awhile.

Half of the questions are about a new product that we (customer) have no answer b/c

we don't own either

Amazon gets lots of Q & A from buyers - ----

It's not a big deal on QVC

There is no way to find those questions.  QVC is supposed to notify you when a reply is posted but people have reported that function is not working as it should, so you may be out of luck.

@Kachina624 @I get notified by email every time a question is answered, however, the links from the emails do not work when I try to view the answers. I just go to the product questions for the item to view the answers. I and others have requested a fix for these broken links on multiple occasions and the links remain broken.

@Mindy D    Yes, I know.  Apparently some people don't remember which products they asked questions about.

@Kachina624    Exactly.   I get emails sometimes months later saying my question has been answered. But when I click on the link it says Oops That Page Can't Be Found.    One would think and hope that by now they would have fixed it but as I've said at least a gazillion times, Q'S website is sub par and one of the worst websites ever and my worst pet peeve is the time I waist scrolling through items then having to scroll down the entire page again because it's apparently not in the Q's future to update it for the convenience of the shopper.   Most websites remember what your last view is and takes you back to that item.    I see now you can't find items recently in air except from the home page and you have to scroll down to find it.  Their front page is now so crowded it gives me a headache!!!

@Mindy D    I doubt they will ever fix it.   QVC apparently doesn't care.   I have notified them many times.

@Teddixat   @Mindy D    QVC must have the most antiquated computer in the business.  I don't think the problem is lack of caring or incompetence.  I think often when they try to fix one thing, it creates a bigger, more serious problem with something else.  For instance meddling with the question notification may interfere with people signing in.  Remember when nobody could sign in for 3 or 4 days?  Which is more important?  They have priorities and must make choices.

I just wish we could do a decent, accurate search that resulted in viable results.  How much money do they lose due to that?
