Anyone having problems with 5 easy pays?

The  items say 5 easy pays but when you go to order it's only available on the Q Card and any other method of payment is 3 or 4 easy pays depending on what you order.

So far the three items I looked at to buy are not on 5 ez pay. I contacted CS and they said that only some things are included in  the flash event and there are some exclusions, so I guess it's NOT everything on air and online.

Thanks I thought it was my computer. I guess they shouldn't say everything. Usually when they say everything that it means exactly that. I do appreciate you responding.☺️
