Anyone else having issues with not seeing your avatar?

On my iPad I can not see my avatar....but on my computer I can see it?

I don't see mine anymore on my iPad. I don't have a desktop so I'm not sure if it would show up there.

I've had this problem on my iPad for a few days now. I hadn't noticed if I couldn't see my own avatar, but there were several others that I could not see. It was weird--I could see some people's avatars and not others. I hadn't noticed about my iPhone, but now that I check, it seems that I can see all avatars.

It's always something. But this isn't the worst problem I've had in these forums, so I ain't complainin'.

Mine disappared, I got it back (I don't remember what I did, but I fixed it) and now it's gone AGAIN! What is going on?

@geezerette Thanks...I don't see it at all on the forum. I see two horizontal lines with a blank space where the avatar used to be. Now I'm wondering if it is a software issue on my computer. A few people were complaining about the same issue a few days ago on the forum, so I thought it was an issue at QVC. Thanks for taking the time to let me know it is still appearing to others.

Yep. Those little lines were all I was seeing this past week on my iPad. I'm using my phone right now, which seems not to have any problems, but I haven't gotten back to my iPad yet to see if it still shows lines instead of avatars. Although I did just update my phone this morning if that might have something to do with it. But it's definitely on QVC's end, not your computer.

just a FYI......i can see everyones avatar and i am on a laptop. i cannot see @geezerettes avatar.....she seems to have just a generic black and white qvc "lady" avatar.

That actually is my avatar--I don't have a personal photo I use, that's the generic avatar. Conversely, I can not see your avatar. I am on my iPad again and still there are some avatars I cannot see, while others are visible. Also, some that are missing have the little lines and others have the screen name where the avatar should be. Seems it only is on the iPad since my phone shows them all. Maybe it's got something to do with the new Apple update since I haven't updated my iPad yet.
