Anyone at QVC Read Emails about Order Problems?

I've sent three emails about ordering and returning problems to the "Email Us" section of QVC.  I wonder if anyone is ever going to read these at all or if they will just be put in a shredder.  I only get a busy signal when calling the QVC number so I gave  up with that.  However, I am not ordering anything else at all from QVC until this messy ordering/returning/listening to customers is corrected.  I've ordered from several other companies duirng this pandemic and never had a problem as serious as what I'm seeing now at QVC.  Orders didn't take as long and customer service if I had a question was reachable.

HI Barb,I just wanted to commend your QVC social team.I sent off for an explanation on my refund amounts last weekend.I got a reply on Memorial Day with a full disclosure plus I was  refunded the postage for both purchases. I didn't ask for it but the easy pays amount had been deleted from my account. I wasn't sure what was what.

 

So shout out  to Kim on your team.She answered my questions in a most professional way.I will continue to communicate via their email address. I would suggest others do the same.

@InStitches49I had an issue and I tried to call and sent two emails. It did take awhile but I recieved the answer I needed to resolve the problem via email.  I hope your problem gets an answer.
