I have sent two emails from my private email account but so far no response, so I thought I would give this method a chance.

 

I ordered two sets of Robert's plants, one was shipped and received, the other is still in process and has been for over a week, the EDD has come and gone, any idea when I can expect this shipment the order # is

@Barbara-QVC Since they are still in Process, and now the item is sold out, I ssume I will not be getting thiss item, and I am extremely dissapointed that this has happened, yet again to me!  You might as well ancel my order and refund my first payment by the original payment method, why did it take me to write to you to point out a problem this should have been taken care of internally weeks ago  when it had to have been discovered that QVC had sold more than could be shipped , Roberta's will not be getting any more of my busines in the future!

I do apologize for the frustration this has caused you. I have not yet received a response on the availability of your plants. Would you still like me to cancel the order? The order has not yet been billed.

It has come very apparent to me in all the years I have been shopping that when you are told the words that you have sent in a request to have this investigated that is a polite way of saying, we are just ignoring you for a bit more until you get so frustrated you cancel your order, not once in the past has anyone ever got back to me, and QVC just chalks it up to another mistake that will never be looked into or corrected, so YES cancel my order, and again Roberta's will never get another order from me, and for the life of me I ask myself over and over why do I continue to shop at QVC at all, it sure is not for your Customer Service sadly to say!

@Barbara-QVC And now 5 days Attempting To Cancel, and no reply from CS, what is going on with this order, is there a chance it might ship down the line, and what is the problem with cancellation of the order, it was in processing for over a week which was a clear indication that it would not ship, you sent a note to have this order investigated, did you ever hear back from them, Please someone let me know what is going on?

I just checked on your order and since you had requested cancellation, no further investigation was done. The status will most likely continue to show cancel in progress.

 

I apologize for the delayed response - I was off yesterday.

@Barbara-QVC  Thank you for getting back to me, I have never had an order that was cancelled stay in "Attempting to Cancel for so long, the mot I have ever seen was 2 days, this order threw me for a loop, I have never had an order so confusing, it should have been black or white, either it was going to ship or no?
