Amazon Fire 10

I received vouchers to activate Office, etc.  I understand they may have expired but the browseraddress provided does not lead to activation. Please help with this matter.

I also cannot activate any of the apps with this voucher. The promo codes didn't work with the origional shipment but   I recently got another set of promo codes and those don't work either!   I went to the NovaDevelopment website and it's not a safe site so I didn't go any farther.   What can be done to resolve this?
