I purchased the vionic flip flips as a TSV and was on wait list for the biscuit color for months. Two weeks ago my order was finally in process for another week. Yesterday I check on the process and the order disappeared. Usually it will state canceled but this time it was gone. I received an email stating they couldn't fill my order and yet the shoes are in fact in stock! The TSV was $37 and now they are $63. I have been shopping at QVC for over 20 years and never seen an increase like that. I know that they wanted the bigger price and eliminated my order. I am done with this company as they are absolutely terrible in their processing of returns and takes weeks to even receive an order. Guess they are being beaten by other companies offering free shipping and returns and are taking advantage of their customers to make up for their losses...

If the order is under 30 days QVC will honor the TSV price. Contact the SocialTeam@qvc.com amd explain what happened. They are truly the best at giving customer satisfaction. Be sure to give all the information. They are quick to respond and they truly are the best. Since your item is gone is cancelled they will still honor the TSV price if it's under 30's on a new order.
