this probably has been asked before but I have about 4 clothing items going back that look awful on me and I put them in the same box, I know there is no way to verify that until they take inventory of the box. But returns have been taking more than a month in my experience. QUESTION is it ok to put that many things together? And at what point after a month do you call to inquire?

@Iris in bloom.   Yes, you can combine all your returns of like items in one box.  If you use the Q shipping label you can track your returns.  It's not necessary to call; they'll notify you when they've been received.  They are not the speediest retailer when it comes to processing returns

@Iris in bloom   I would give it about 10 days and email us the order, we can check up on it for you.

@Iris in bloomIt's been years since I returned 2 items in the same container, but based on what I've read here over the last few months, I wouldn't return so many in the same box -  especially while some shipping/return transition seems to be going on.

Even after that though, I personally probably would not return all in the same box unless they came that way - I would save some packaging time, but the return cost is per item, so I wouldn't save $$$  and I think there's a better chance of all going well one at a time.    And I say this  even though my last return had money back on my credit card in about 10 days.

Note that even Amazon apparently hasn't figured out how to do returns easily;  why else would they be using Kohl's?  I understand totally why Kohl's wanted that deal -  just haven't figured out how it profits Amazon, unless maybe they plan to buy Kohl's!

ETA -  Just read the responses that came in before mine -  certainly more recent info than mine!   Happy returning

@millieshops

I'm a new buyer of clothes here on QVC and reading your post, am I understanding you that if I were to return 4 items in a single package that they came in, the cost would be $6.95 times 4?  This is using their prepaid label.

@TyakI'm glad you called to find out what they're doing now -  because as I said, my answer was based on what I've read here rather than personal experience.

They put 5 clothing items in 1 bag so I guess you could too. After a month call NOW.

I didn't do that so now I'm wondering how many items I'll get credited for so guess I'll be making another phone call to find out what I can about that.
