So let me start by stating I have never shopped on QVC before in my life. Me and my girlfriend stumbled onto this site while looking for a PS4 Pro for her. Of course we found a really good deal for her. We placed the order on a Friday. A customer service rep called me on the Sunday to veryify the order was correct which was amazing and fast. She told me she would process the order and my GF would get her item by Tuesday. I give QVC customer service a call bright and early Monday morning to check up on it and the automated system tells me expected delivery is Tuesday. A couple of hours go by and I get and email at 10am saying I need to contact their finance department to fix some sort of issue. I call the number provided and the customer service rep tells me they will transfer me over. I get put on hold where the recording tells me to wait and someone will be with me shortly. 30 seconds go by and it goes straight to and answering machine. I leave my info and wait a little bit and get no call back. I try and call again.... same thing 30 seconds and then right to voicemail. I continue to keep calling for the next 3 hours with no luck reaching anyone. Finally at 1:30 in the afternoon I get connected to a customer service rep who explains to me that because I didnt contact the finance department in time Corperate has canceled my order and closed my account. So now im have no idea what happened and my GF will not be recieving her package. To make matters worse they were completely sold out and told me there was literally nothing they could do or offer me other than to refund my card. After talking to a few more people it turns out their website glitched and cut off the last 2 digits of my billing address so due to a glitch on their end they thought the order was frodulent. At this point an email has been sent to their corperate office and they hope I will continue shopping with them. I dont see that happening since literally the only thing I wanted they are sold out of and they tell me they cant get any more for my GF. She had her heart set on this too...... Thanks qvc.....

Have my doubts too - except - it's possible there could have been a big Question about the credit card that was submitted. If it was a payment issue - customer service did the right thing.

I don't believe what i read either. If it were done in paragraphs instead of one big sectioin, I might have finished reading it.
Sounds questionable to me.

I believe it because we've heard the exact same story before. People are told to call this phone number where they have to leave a msg. but nobody ever returns those calls. Unforgivable in business not to return calls. Very unprofessional.

The only thing I really find fishy is that an order placed on a Friday with a new account was going to be delivered the following Tuesday; even with overnight shipping, that would be a magical timeframe...
