Having an issue trying to manage my AD plans.
Wanted to inform CS as I get that RED BAR telling me to call, as the online service unavailable.
Hoping it is up and running soon.

@Kim-QVC, @Beth-QVC, @Anonymous or any other moderators/social team members...I am having this same problem all day today, 11/13/22.
When will this be fixed? Need to make some adjustments to a few auto delivery plans I have and I'm also getting the Red Bar with the message "Auto Delivery Plan management is currently unavailable. Please contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788 to make any updates.". I prefer to edit myself instead of calling.
Has this issue been brought to the attention of your IT department? Can this glitch kindly be fixed?
Please advise....thanks in advance!

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. We have reported this issue to IT and we believe IT is doing some maintenace work. This should be corrected within the nexty day or two. Thank you for your patience.

@Beth-QVC As of today 11/15/22, I am still getting the red bar with the error message ""Auto Delivery Plan management is currently unavailable. Please contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788 to make any updates."." on almost all of my active auto deliveries,
Any update you can share on if/when this problem will be resolved? Is your IT department aware of the issue and working on it? It has been going on for quite some time now and is frustrating. Need to see details of all auto deliveres as well as make changes wihout having to call. Do not want to call, I want to see my plans and make changes on my own.
One of my AD's processes/ships Monday and I want to ensure there is no problem with it shipping. I am concened that due to the glitch that is still occurring, it will be missed and not ship.
