has anybody else been subject to auto-ship issues? Why have auto-ship if you cannot fulfill it? This has happened to me often, where I sign up for auto-ship and then when it comes time for a delivery, it tells me they are out of stock and working with the vendor to get more in stock and I will be notified if they can. Then you go to the website and "lo-and-behold" there is full stock to buy, but at full price? So you DO have stock just not to honor my auto-delivery? This has happend so many times... why have it? Have others had to this same problem???

Yes....many many times. The main offender is Jimmy the baker. I love his crumb cakes and sign up for auto ship all the time. BUT only one crumb cake order in many years have fulfilled the auto ship. The rest, as you mentioned, have been cancelled due to vendor supply. And also like you, I have checked and low and behold they are back online to order BUT at a higher prices. I understand all products go up in price over time but please, please honor your customers orders before fulfilling new ones with higher prices,

OH MY! Philosophy is also the worst! Almost every single auto delivery gets delayed then cancelled yet you find all the stuff on the website for sale ! No wonder why they are having troubles! This is frustrating and I would think borderlines on "false advertising".... honor A-D first, then sell the others!

Happens to me very often.. Most recently with Elemis. So frustrating. Many auto-ship items are directly shipped from the vendor( and not the QVC warehouse) so there really is no excuse.
