@circles  I tried veiwing in internet explorer, no luck,  I tried google chrome and I was able to veiw the video.  I will report the issue just in case others have a problem.

@Susan-QVC, I have Google Chrome and haven't been able to view any video's for 3 weeks tomorrow. Have done all updates and deleted everything. Up until then everything was fine. Spikey's mom

I can view in Chrome but not in Edge ("The video cannot be downloaded as there appears to be a problem with the server or network, or because the format cannot be supported.")   Spoiler alert: the video features Sharon eating cake.
