ARNETTA in customer service ROCKS ! ! !.

I just got off the phone with Arnetta in customer service. I also had an "exchange cancellation" misadventure, and also an order that was charged to a VISA gift card  and shipped/voided ship (bottom line, it was never received). She fixed everything and was calm, friendly and customer focused throughout the entire conversation, despite the fact that I started out rather upset. Big thanks and much gratitude to Arnetta for outstanding service to this happy customer.

How good of you to give praise to someone in CS. Too often they get bad mouthed and I've always had excellent dealings with them. Good for you!
