I received this bag yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous. I did notice though that my bag is missing the Scottie dog hang tag. Has anyone else that ordered this bag had the same issue?
Is it possible to contact the company and have one sent to me or would I have to go through the hassle of packing this all back up and returning it just for the tag?

It's usually a hassle to get a missing part - but you can try. In today's fast world most companies are not set up to accommodate customers.

Why is it such a hassle to pack something up and take it to the post office. If you received an item w/missing parts, you need to send it back for one that is complete. QVC would pay the S&H to send you another. OR you could contact the company and they MIGHT send you one. You have to take the steps first. Call customer service first but I'm pretty sure they don't have extra parts they can send and they aren't going to take one off another bag.

Hi @principessa1966 I am so sorry, we do not have tags here, however I will reach out to see if we can get one. In the meantime we do have all colors in stock and you can send it for an exchange.
