Hi, new here. I came to find out what was going on with this, and it seems nobody else knows either. It’s now almost 7 PM est, and whatever is wrong is not fixed. It appears to be a problem across-the-board in every category and some will show up as 5 easy pays when you do a search, but when you click on it, it it’ll say three or four easy pays. Or if it does say five easy pays, once you put in your cart, it’ll revert to three or four. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re using the app or which browser you’re using—signed in or out. Ugh! I imagine a lot of people are going crazy over this and QVC isn’t acknowledging or addressing the issue.

Yes, it was 5 easy pays yesterday and it says 5 easy pays if you do a search today, but when you click on an individual item it reverts to 3 unless you use your Q card.

Will you be honoring the 5 easy pays tomorrow?

I have tried many times to order and gave up after waiting 20 mins. each time.

I gave up too. They definitely need much better customer service. Frankly, they’ve become way too complacent over the years because people continue to purchase from them, so they feel like there’s nothing to fix. They’re worse than most others in almost every category when it comes to selling online, and it’s ridiculous. But because of the easy pays and ease of shopping off the TV for many, people keep returning.

They missed out on an almost $70 sale, as a result. And I got many warnings once I put my item in my cart that dozens of others had put it in theirs too. So I sure hope it doesn’t sell out before I get the opportunity to purchase it again. And since it’s a shoe in a particular color and a particular size, there’s probably little in stock, and it’s been on air in the last few days, to boot!

I’ve never seen a mess up this big on QVC. I may be new to the forums, but I’m certainly not new to purchasing items on QVC. Far from it! Ha! I just can’t believe it did not get fixed before the end of the day, and I tried off and on all day. I did notice that the items on air today all showed up as being 5 easy pays, but, collectively, as a category, nothing else did.

I’m extremely disappointed in QVC, including their lack of response to this issue.
