Does the item being returned need to be back at a QVC warehouse within 30 days or can the return be initiated before 30 days but received after due to slow shipping?

I need to return an item that others are also having to return (out of 168 reviews for the nugget ice maker, it averages a 3 star rating, all saying the same it doesn’t work or stops working) but the window of 30 days is fast approaching. Am I just stuck with it or can I initiate the return still?

@Ane1Care I think it's always best to contact Customer Service with these types of questions instead of relying on viewers.

But, it is my understanding that the return must be initiated by day 30. I would mail it back as soon as possible so it is postmarked before the the 30 days has lapsed.

Again, clarify with CS to be safe.

@Ane1Care.  They go by the day shipped and the postmark on the day you return it.

Returns should be sent within 30 days of the date you received the item

@Ane1Care Sorry to hear you don't like it. I love mine. The first time I used it, it was slushy (as opposed to being compact cubes) but after the first 24 hours, it made perfect Dairy Queen ice. I don't leave it on all the time. I use it mainly on weekends and I drain the water when I unplug it.

I think they would have a hard time enforcing that since the post office lets our returns sit for days and sometimes weeks before they move out.

Thank you all for your replies! As soon as I read them that night I initiated the return via the QVC site. It was shipped the next morning. I'm in a small town that boarders NC in NW SC but for some reason it says I shipped it from Greenville which is a good 30-40 mins south of me. It was sent to Atlanta, whoot, that's where the label address was, it arrived in one day!

Someone at the Atlanta hub shipped it to Columbia, SC. .....They sent it back to Atlanta.

What should've arrived in 1 day, took 5 days.  It's still not showing as a return on my account yet.

Send an emal to QVCsocialtem@qvc.com.  Give them your order number and all the shipping information. Do you have a tracking number? They will help you.
