The Home page says 5 Easy Pays on everything.  I did a search for Linea clothing and jewelry.   It shows the whole list of inventory, with 5 Easy Pays.  But when I click on an individual item, it switches to 3 Easy Pays.  I tested it out, by going to Checkout, to see if it would show 5 Easy Pays.  But it stays at 3.  The same thing happens with Denim and Co, items. 

 

Just curious as to why.  I tried a different browser too.

happened to me two days ago with a Jai ring. said 5 but 3 at checkout. didn't order. next day tried again and it showed 5 easy pays. so, keep trying; its a glitch of some sort. good luck.

I have experienced this a number of times.  I did call Customer Service once to get it adjusted.  It is not worth it to have to do that on all orders, so I would not bother.

 

Sometimes it is better to just not place the order, unless it is something you really want.

 

The QVC site has had so many tech support issues that just seems to get worse as they try to improve the process.

Thank you for sharing your experience.  I will keep trying.  Three easy pays are not bad, but 5 are better! lol

I have to admit that it does help me think twice about ordering.  Not a bad thing either. Maybe the Universe is trying to tell me something. lol

@LMinAZ :I've had the same issue tonight, & the last time they had 5EP. I called CS to make them aware of the issue. Who knows? Maybe someone will fix it!
