why doesn't HSN have waitlist - huggable hangers

it irks me to death! I accidentally cancelled my huggable hanger order -- I called w/in 5 minutes to CS realizing i meant to edit the color and CANCELLED the order.

Go figure - this deal was SOLD OUT. They don't do waitlist - I wonder why? Esp. with a product like the huggable hangers which I love for me and gifts.

PS: Do the hangers I see in BB&B actually work as well? Just wondering.
