what do you plan for power failure/outage?

In Michigan I live in an area that has frequent weather related power outages than anywhere else I've lived. Ice storms, wind, thunderstorms...power goes out for hours or days. I have my candles, flashlights, tornado hidey-hole, camp stove, ice chest. Do you have plans for this?
