I alternate between Wegman's and ShopRite depending on what I need.  I dislike them both because they are too big lol.  I'm still missing my little Pathmark where I could do a week's shopping, find everything I needed, and be back home in 1/2 hour.

They're building one about a mile and a half from here and I can't wait.Opening in the fall. I expect the prices will be higher than ShopRite, but if the fresh food quality is better, I'm willing to spend a little more. I've found the ShopRite has gone a bit downhill lately.

I rarely shop there, too large and very expensive.

For those who care research who has stock in the company's you shop at many of these corporation's are owned by political leaders that are not in the best interest of the country or our pockets like walmart kmart unfortunately too many to name look it up on Google or Instagram it's really eye opening to see the list of entanglements not sure if wegman is listed a boycott would be a great idea

If we pull a BDS against all these companies we will have no where left to shop.

I have heard so much about them,we do not have one in our area,do you have one?

The closest one to me is 45 minutes away. I don't go because I have a Meijer, Mariano's, Super Target, Jewel-Osco, Sam's Club, Costco, Whole Foods, & Trader Joe's all within a 20 minute or less drive from my house.

Great store!!!! I have 3 in a radius of 30 minutes driving. Wonderful service!  I use one that is 15 minutes away, one of the best in the state.

Wegmans' everyday pricing on groceries and produce is very good - it beats everyday pricing at most any other market - Acme, Giant, Shoprite, Safeway, Walmart, etc.  But it rarely has sales and certainly doesn't advertise them - for example, it has no weekly circular.  So I can often do better by shopping sales at other supermarkets.  And I guess it goes without saying that prepared foods, meat, and bakery tend to be expensive at Wegmans.  The shopping experience at Wegmans is nice - clean, stocked shelves, good customer service.  They have become very dependent on store branded goods.  I wouldn't be surprised if half the store is store-brand.
