I've never had UPS deliver anything from amazon to my house. I have for who knows why, USPS drop off a pkg or two in all the many years I get things from the big A store.

However, I am now all of a sudden getting much faster UPS deliveries from qvc and more than one at a time too. No complaints here.

There are no Amazon branded delivery trucks where I live.

My Amazon deliveries are primarily by USPS since what I usually buy are smaller items.  The few large things I've gotten have come via UPS, but that was some time ago so I can't speak about what would happen now.

Some of the places I order from have been changing carriers lately.  One that used to use UPS changed to FedEx and now uses DHL.  Most will hand off to the USPS for small packages.

I'm not always able to get to my mailbox due to physical limitations.  Often when ordering something from Amazon that would be delivered by USPS I often add something that is too large to fit inside my mailbox just so it will be delivered to my door, particularly when the item(s) I order are temperature sensitive.  My favorite item to add is a box of Milk Bones for my dog.
