update on the dumb bunny story

well after making TWO trips to the post office, had to go back because there was no supervisor in the building, they basically told me tough toenails. nothing we can do. since the package had addresses on it, it would be shipped to one of the addresses.  Gee, ok thanks.

so last ditch effort, i called back HSN, the girl i talked to basically said nothing could be done. Great! get the supervisor on the phone.

Mary listened to the story, and said since i was a good customer, they would credit me my return of $63.00, and if it showed up to me, please return it.

Well, i told her, i would like to give her a great big hug.

i am soooo happy.  Great customer service story.

and i learned my lesson about getting the tracking number, and will never just drop it off again.

yippee!!!

That's because HSN is basically QVC now. HSN IMO was no better than Evine in the past.

@blackhole99  i'm not really sure what you are referring to.  i shop at all three. more evine and hsn to be truthful, mostly because of the prices.  i don't really have anything negative to say about any of them.  you must be a more frequent purchaser than i am.

Oops, did not read your post with comprehension. I still stand by what I said even though that's not what you were looking for.

Count your dumb bunny blessings courtesy of HSN. Ha! I will never turn over a package for a return without a slip in my hand from the post office showing they received it with the return tracking number listed. NEVER! I've even heard some on here say the post office will not give them a receipt. HUH? Then they would NOT be getting my package...period.

I take a picture of the label when I put it on the return package.

The tracking number is on the label, I track it myself.

A receipt is best, but I haven't had a problem yet using my method

@blackhole99. Sorry you've had bad luck with HSN in the past.  I've dealt with them for many years and have never had a single issue.  And always great customer service.  Long before they became under the same umbrella as QVC.
