What if you hang out with turkeys?

C'mon - everyone knows you are known and defined by the bag you carry and the watch you wear. Which one of you QVC watchers does not know that?{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Exactly. Doesn't matter who you hang with as long as you look good and "wear" the right bag. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I forget. Do you lead with the bag or the watch?

I get so confused.

La Lisa claims with both....{#emotions_dlg.laugh} However, I don't think any handbags or watches sold on QVC are going to make anyone look like they are monied like Lisa likes to claim. I always laugh when she says you will look monied if you wear a bronzo watch while she is wearing her Cartier to present it.{#emotions_dlg.laugh} And the term monied grates on my nerves that she is so fond of.{#emotions_dlg.crying}

I'm sure I would have looked UBER Monied had I worn a bronzo watch whilst driving my 13 year old Honda Civic.

I knew I messed that up when I didn't buy it.

I've got the wobble down - bum knee. Cool Now, the gobble I think I'll pass, as I gain a pound just watching someone else gobble!

If your best friend steals from a store and you are waiting for her in the car unaware you both will go to jail if busted. Both will tell their story to the judge and the outcome will depend on what the judge believes to be the truth. So, yes it does matter who you associate with and it always has mattered not only in the real world but on message boards too. When I read heinous posts elsewhere and then read posts from the so called innocent posters being cordial with them, of course they are viewed as being just as despicable as well as enablers. Why is that so hard for some to get?

Found...if you went into a store and stole a sweater or loaf of bread and then come out to get into my car I can assure you that you are the one who would get arrested not me....now if it is robbery and my car is presumed to be a getaway car you are talking a much different story.

I know you are trying to make a distinction but in my opinion stealing is stealing and someone waiting in the car could be viewed as an accessory to the crime. I'm not familiar with the laws and how one type of theft differs from another but I take it you are.
