I am on an iPad, too, and haven't noticed jumping. I go in through Safari, I think the app is worthless.

I don't have jumping on this website.  However, on occasion INTERNET EXPLORER will stop working and it only happens on this website.  I have no idea why, but would love to know.

Unless it's unavoidable, I don't use anyone's mobile apps to view websites.
