I like them just plain and sweet, baked in a pie or peach ice cream. I love the smell of them when you are in the produce department at the supermarket.

I had peaches with my cottage cheese for lunch.. it was great. But nothing beats a fresh fuzzy, at the right time.. perfectly ripened..

Oh, absolutely!! When I used to go out to eat more, I had a favorite Mexican restaurant. They did like a 'margarita du jour' (or I guess you would say 'al dia' hehe) and once a week it was peach. They did such a wonderful peach margarita. I would get mine on the rocks. They actually used peaches, not just peach liquer (I can't seem to land on the right spelling). *drool*

So, I'm curious - the people who mention the fuzzy aspect of peaches, do you eat the fuzzy skin?

I was just never able to get past that. Even if I scrub it, the fuzziness is a no go for me.
