my husband went to Dr today for some routine bloodwork (thyroid check) I live in a rural community where crime is usually unheard of. He was sitting in the waiting room -a pharmacy is directly in front of drs office In comes a girl screaming call 911 call911 the doctor immediately ran to the pharmacy ( he knew who she was and thought someone was in need of emergency medical attention) My husband asked the girl if there had been an accident she said no the pharmancy was being robbed at gunpoint and she had snuck out the back door- The doctor upon arriving at the front door of the pharmancy was greeted with the gunman briefly holding an automatic weapon on him before running off and jumping in his vehicle My husband bless his silly heart went out there too but the ski masked robber had taken off. He then noticed a bullet on the ground and showed the police who had arrived on scene Girl told my husband robber was screaming give me all your money and your oxycoden.. hasnt been caught yet but thankfully everyone seems to be alright Just a simple trip to the doctors office I guess we never know what will happen nowdays!
